Susan`s Restaurant in Springdale

Susan’s is an amazing restaurant. The service is impeccable, the food does not taste like it is from a restaurant, it tastes just like a home cooked meal. My personal favorite is the Eggs Benedict. It is by far the best I have ever tasted. (And I’ve had a LOT of Eggs Benedict). Just be warned, you will usually have to wait a couple of minutes to be seated because of its popularity but it is well worth the wait. Once you order your food will be out in less than 5-10 minutes. Take it from someone who has lived in the area my whole life, this is one of if not THE best restaurants around.

This is a quaint little place in Springdale. I ran across this place, because a new friend recommended it. Great place to eat. Fast friendly service. The food was fresh very fresh. The restaurant was clean and had good atmosphere. When we were there the place was packed and we still got fast friendly service. I will definitely be back to this place. I love the small-town feel of this restaurant.veggie omelette needs to be cooked more and brought out hot. Veg. Bring temp down. Second time had to warm up in microwave. 😣

Whoa. This place was a pleasant surprise! We’ve always seen tons of cars and heard of the fame. First off, the food cane super quick, as in how the heck dis they do that quick! The service was kind and swift. The omelettes were huge and tasty! The hashbrowns were amazing! Definitely will be back!

Susan's was an oasis of comfort on our long cross-country journey. The staff was friendly, food was good, and the prices very reasonable. Even though it was a busy weekend morning, we were still seated quickly and the food came out in a timely manner. Get a cinnamon roll to share!

The Best restaurant in town and love the new bathrooms...It was my Birthday 🎂🎉 New outside seating and new potted plants very pretty....

I had the french toast with a side of bacon. The french toast was good but the bacon had very little flavor to it. Our service was fine. The thing I wasn't happy about was my napkin that my silverware was placed on looked like it had lipstick on it.

I went to Susan's, while in town on business, because I heard good things. The food was cold, the waitress was more interested in flirting with other customers [regulars]. Very disappointed in my experience. I do believe this is a reflection on the waitress more so than the restaurant

The lady that sat us at our table was rude. When I said something to your server then she went and told the lady and laughed about. I could she her when she told the lady what I said. I could read her lips. Our server told us she was the best working there. Strange thing is once she delivered our food, she never came back until she gave us our check. Food was good but all they do is try to herd you in and out like cattle

We love this place. We had a short wait for a table, but once seated we were served quickly by our waitress, the food arrived very shortly after we ordered, and it was delicious.

Wait as described by others ... Definitely the best bang for the buck for diner style food in the area. Lots of choices, friendly staff ... I had daily special of Turkey and Dressing. Hubby had chicken fried steak ... Clean place, friendly staff and reasonable prices. Was like a trip to grandma's house ... good, filling ... Only negs were that food was pretty bland ... turkey was bland and gravy was bland, added salt and pepper and was tasty ... roll was a little stale inspite of being told it was just coming out of the oven? corn bread definitely flavorless and brown beans were flavorful but weird to ME. Okra homemade and fine ... Will be back but will choose something else next time. I thought CFS was the best we have had in Arkansas but not best ever... Going back for other food <3

Great old-town homey atmosphere. When you have had your fill of chain restaurants, go to Susan's. The staff is just what you expect in a good Southern cafe. The waitresses keep your coffee cup full. Food is served quickly and tastes great. If you go for breakfast, you must try their cinnamon roll to top it off but plan on sharing it with someone. Keep in mind that they are only open for breakfast and lunch.

The food was amazing. Clearly a local favorite because their service never slowed down. The waitress was amazing and had patience like an angel with my 3 children. They provided color sheets to keep them entertained and the food was brought out quickly

An established local institution that consistently delivers good quality food at a fair price. We typically visit for the excellent breakfast and the famous cinnamon rolls.

a friend and I both had the western omelet and lots of coffee it was wonderfull together it was about $21 with tax my friendly waitress tempted me with a cinnamon roll to full maybe next time

Perfection. All of it wasperfection. The waffle was criapy,buttery and fluffy all at once. The eggs just as I asked them and the chicken..oh man. Buttermilk scrumptousness..They run this place like a well oiled machine. Great service.

A really great hometown restaurant. True family dining. The staff is fun and friendly. I sat at the bar next to a man who gave me a history of this restaurant. Will definitely go back. Prices are very reasonable and you are given a lot of food. Fun atmosphere. One of the few true "diner" restaurants left.

This is a local breakfast place in Springdale. They do serve lunch as well. They have good omelettes. It has a nice cozy local feel. The service is great!

We have eaten breakfast here for years , and all I can say is thank to the staff and WOW what a great food . They have been working hard to feed us in the times we now face . THANKS FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE FOR MY FAMILY.

This was my first time eating at Susan's and I was not disappointed. I ordered the chicken and waffle breakfast. The two savory chicken tenders were so perfect atop the sweet, fragrant waffle. My over medium eggs were perfectly cooked and the hashbrowns were just right. The portions are huge! I'm sure I could've shared, but everything was so good that I couldn't stop eating it. My husband ate the biscuits and gravy, short stack and scrambled eggs with hashbrown. I finished every morsel! There were so many people I thought our wait would be long, but the line moved quickly and were seated in less than 10 minutes. Our server was quick and kind! I would recommend Susan's!!

Susan's is that kind of place you can always count on for a delicious meal, super friendly service, and they're amazingly fast. The prices are very reasonable too. Also, if you have food allergies you will find that you can eat safely here. They take them very seriously!

I love this place! My grand parents use to take me here all the time. Great food, wonderful staff. I came in a few weeks ago with some friends. We left with full stomachs and had a great time! Thank you!

Fabulous!!! Great service right off the bat. We ordered our beverages and since I had been driving I was parched so I drank about half my drink. The server took our order and also refilled my drink. My wife and I had the half sized chicken fried steak and eggs with grits. Great southern food. Yummy! Great steak, good gravy. The grits were nice and creamy. My daughters both had Eggs Benedict . Good. The server was great always there when we needed her and not bugging you when we were talking and enjoying our meal. I believe our server's name was Jewel. Best service we have had in a long time. Great place. Cinnamon rolls the size of hub caps. Choose this place.
